Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At We Are Rainbows, we want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you order. We have a 30-day return guarantee (Items purchased from our Adult Section, Flags, Party Supplies, Body Jewelry, Custom-Made products and Worn and/or washed clothing are non-refundable, non-returnable. Some items have their own return policy, which is posted on each item: THIS ITEM IS NOT RETURNABLE.).

We Are Rainbows honors exchanges for all other unworn clothing unless otherwise stated in the product’s description at the time of purchase. We offer exchanges or store credit for all returns items.

Important instructions – send an email by clicking the link below. All return for refunds will be processed within 30 days. All return for replacements will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept exchanges/returns of opened, used, or worn merchandise unless deemed defective from the manufacturer or from shipment. Defective merchandise will be replaced with the same item only. If incorrect merchandise is shipped in error, we will ship the correct merchandise free of charge, and reimburse for return shipping of the incorrect or damaged merchandise. To minimize fraud you may be required to return the incorrect shipment prior to shipment of the replacement. If merchandise is returned to exchange for a different size you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for the new shipment.

Exchanges must be unworn, unused and NEW CONDITION. The return must contain all original product packaging and tags.

Please note: Once your item is delivered, you have 30 days to return it or exchange it (less shipping). We will not accept any returns after 30 days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@wearerainbows.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
